  This document contains the terms and conditions applied to all orders placed at TIKA online website www.tika.moda.   By placing your order, you enter into agreement with us and accept our terms and conditions.

Use of TIKA's website and purchases made on line are subject to the following terms and conditions.

By placing an order the user:


- Accepts that s/he has read and agrees with the following terms and conditions;
- Declares to be at least eighteen (18) year of age and/or over the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, legally authorized to enter into contractual obligations and able to use own means of payment;
- Will not make fraudulent use of the website, contrary to the law or good customs;
- Accepts that the Spanish legislation will govern any conflict with the User

The material included in the website TIKA is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from TIKA.

TIKA does not allow the use of the website’s contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written above.

ITEMS DESCRIPTIONS

All items displayed on our website are described as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, users should contact us at [email protected] for any doubt or additional information they may need.

Due to computer’s colour settings, browser software or computer system, the colours of the products displayed on our website can differ from real colours. We cannot be held responsible for any such differences.

PRIVACY

All personal information provided to TIKA website will be handled with responsibility and will not be used for any other purposes other than supplying the best service to the Users. We commit not to share any personal information with a third party without Users prior consent. 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

We reserves the right to inform the user, within 72 hours (Spanish working days) from the order placement, about the unavailability of any item. After informing the user about the unavailability, the contract shall be considered as automatically rescinded for the article unavailable. The cost of the unavailable article will be deducted from the card user’s account statement and the contract will continue as normal regarding other articles eventually ordered, unless otherwise specified by the user.

CARE & WARRANTY FOR MADE-TO-ORDER STYLES


None of the custom-made handbags  can be returned, unless a defect in craftsmanship has been detected by within 14 days after reception of the order. In such case, please arrange delivery of a bag to a TIKA team, and we will evaluate the defect in person and will establish whether it is caused by failure in craftsmanship or is subject to wear and tear by the Client. Based on this evaluation, we will either justify or repair the item within reasonable time necessary for the type of repair, not extending over the period of 12 weeks, and send it back to you without charge.
This warranty contemplates repairs free of charge to the Client and will be applied only upon proper use of the article and following care instructions, which will be evaluated by the TIKA team and includes:

Avoiding exposure of bags to direct sunlight for long periods of time
Avoiding exposure of bags to heat sources
Avoiding exposure of bags to strong or inclement weather
Expressly avoiding using solvents or skin creams to clean bags. they will damage the leather
Avoiding forcing the bag in any way, which can distort the bag and cause damage 

Should the Client claim issues originating from the lack of respect for these rules, we will not be required to provide a warranty.
